Following the success of our QMS Summer Residency, we’re delighted to announce that this pioneering, results-driven skincare brand will now be available at Fletcher’s Cottage Spa until the end of 2026. To celebrate, celebrity facialist and QMS expert Rowan Hall-Farrise is returning to Fletcher’s for a special evening dedicated to understanding your skin – and helping it make the transition from summer into autumn and winter.

As the seasons change, our skin’s needs change too. During this relaxed and informative workshop, Rowan will share her expert advice on how to adapt your skincare routine for the cooler months ahead, with personalised guidance and an expert-led Q&A.

Enjoy a welcome glass of fizz before settling in for a demonstration of our brand-new Collagen Revive Facial. Rowan will explore why healthy skin starts at the surface, the important role collagen can play in maintaining its appearance and condition, and the art and science behind a dedicated QMS skincare routine.

QMS has been a hugely successful addition to Fletcher’s Cottage this summer, bringing a new, science-led dimension to our treatment collection as our first dedicated results-driven skincare partner. We’re thrilled to be extending the residency and giving even more of our guests the chance to experience the brand – and the expertise of Rowan – over the coming months.
