While visiting the estate, come and experience the culinary delights of our Clubhouse Restaurant. We showcase the best of Scotland’s larder by using trusted local suppliers whenever possible. You’ll find no-nonsense classics, expertly prepared, with seasonal specials that make the most of East Lothian’s bountiful ingredients.
We’re lucky enough to be in Scotland’s Food & Drink County and our Executive Chef Dave Jamieson is East Lothian’s Food & Drink Ambassador. We firmly believe that simplicity and deliciousness go hand in hand, whether that’s the perfect Eggs Benedict, the freshest fish and chips or a splendid roast with all the trimmings.
When it comes to drinks, our excellent wine list spans everything from house red and white to splash-out Champagnes, while our bartenders can serve up a perfectly chilled beer or espresso martini, depending on your mood.

TASTE LOCAL
Some of our local suppliers include Belhaven Smokehouse who supply our bespoke Archerfield smoked salmon and smoked cheddar. Belhaven Lobster supply our crab straight off the boat, while our pork belly comes from Brand’s Family Farm just a few miles away.
