We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Inventory Operative to join our team and help support the department in receiving, distribution and general monitoring of stock across the Estate.
This morning role involves a 7am start working through to Noon over five days.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
– Accurate receiving of food, beverage, and consumable orders on a daily basis.
– Consistently Delivering in physically and digitally via our F&B inventory control platform.
– Maintaining that all orders are put away and stored securely in the correct areas of the building.
– Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of items across the Estate.
– Maintaining a clean and safe cellar workspace including cleaning beer lines and managing stock rotation.
– Promptly highlighting and responding to supplier queries and resolving any delivery anomalies that occur.
– Ensuring all room gifts and pre-prepared food is delivered into properties.

Join our Member and Guest Services Team
We are currently inviting applications for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual to join our Member and Guest Services Team.
The Member and Guest Services Team play a very important part of our overall team as the first and last point of contact for Members and Guests when on the Archerfield Estate.
As a member of the team, you will be required to provide a warm welcome to all Members and Guests when arriving at Archerfield, ensuring that they enjoy their experience on the Estate.
Due to the nature of the job, it is open to over 25 years-only with a full driver’s license. The team operation covers all seven days with shifts between 7am and 10pm, the role is for 40 hours per week.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
– Consistently Deliver to ensure Members and Guests receive a warm welcome to the Club.
– Send pre-arrival emails to guests on a daily basis.
– Be the main point of contact for all guests who are staying in the accommodation.
– Work closely with the Estate Sales and operational teams to meet and exceed guest requirements.
– Keep up to date with Estate and local area knowledge to ensure you are able to advise Members and Guests and maximise sales opportunities.
– Assist in providing any onsite transport for guests staying in accommodation,
– Anticipate any guest requirements where possible to help ensure an enjoyable stay.
Requirements for the role:
– Previous experience within a customer facing role – preferably within hospitality or the luxury sector.
– Good telephone manner and IT Skills.
– High standard of personal presentation.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability Collaborate with Purpose with colleagues.
– Ability to take initiative and a practical approach to problem solving.
– A passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service with a Customer First attitude.
– Ability to work in a high paced environment and able to prioritise tasks to meet the desired outcome.
