Your journey begins with a lower leg and foot exfoliation using upcycled coffee grains blended with rosemary and shea butter to gently refine, soften and revitalise the skin. A mineral-rich clay mask is then applied to cocoon the feet while your face is cleansed, exfoliated and treated to a soothing Gua Sha facial, décolleté and shoulder massage. This deeply restorative experience helps release tension, stimulate circulation and reveal a natural, healthy glow.

As your body relaxes, your mind is invited into a state of calm. The ritual concludes with a pressure point foot massage and an introduction to the uplifting benefits of Bamford’s signature Geranium blend.
