B Grounded

The B Grounded treatment has been designed exclusively for this Overnight Spa Break. The nurturing 60-minute ritual designed to restore balance, replenish the skin and encourage deep relaxation. Beginning with a lower leg and foot exfoliation, a mineral-rich clay mask is then applied to cocoon the feet while your face is cleansed, exfoliated and treated to a soothing Gua Sha facial, décolleté and shoulder massage.

This deeply restorative experience helps release tension, stimulate circulation and reveal a natural, healthy glow.

As your body relaxes, your mind is invited into a state of calm. The ritual concludes with a pressure point foot massage and an introduction to the uplifting benefits of Bamford’s signature Geranium blend.

The Bamford residential spa break is available from Sunday to Thursday until April 2027 and is based on two people sharing a super-king or twin bedroom.
